Hi Brian, I am starting a new business as a Note Broker, seller financing. I previously worked for a company that took care of me for many years.Then like a lot of other companies out there,they downsized. I chose early retirement as my best option. However, I find myself sometimes doubting my capabilities and having self doubts about achieving my goals,my plans and following through.I am at times a little overwhelmed with all the study material. So, how do we position ourselves to take advantage of this cycle to its fullest? Most of us have far fewer resources to work with than we had a while back and need good ways to foster and nourish the creative thinking process to leverage the trend we are now in to get our garden growing again.
I believe we are living at a very fertile time in history and, given the correct seeds and instructions on how to nourish them, we can all end up with a healthier harvest than our limited mindset can imagine.
The problem is that there are quite a few weeds setting themselves up as our false crop and asking us to nurture them instead of placing our focus on the real opportunities for genuine uplifting growth that we should be setting our sights upon.

I am interested in pursuing a business as a personal performance coach. I have already taken on two people and we have agreed 10% of the targeted earning objectives, in one case $100,000.00 per annum and the other anywhere from 2 to 6 million per annum. Some say I’m dreaming in technicolor. I am a holistic body worker (10 years exp.) with a varied backround (personal dev. process and metaphysics as well as technics very similar to NLP, to which I am adding EFT and TAT), I have found what really turns my crank and fires me on all cylinders in helping to bring out the full potential in others.
I am also have aptitudes as an artist, story teller, teacher and years ago two of the top suggestions from a career aptitude test were lawyer and advertising executive, which explains why people feel like they are being cross examined when I ask questions and pitched when I tell them about something I am about which I am enthusiastic.

I would like to start a website that focuses on childhood stroke survivors and what to do after your child has a stroke. We’ve muddled our way through almost two years of treatment options that would have been so much simpler if I could have had someone else’s opinion. No 4. Starting my own consulting business
My sister was diagnosed with cancer last week which was a huge shock, but it made me realise how short life is. Now I have finally taken the bull by the horns and am starting my own nutritional motivation healing centre. I have wanted to do it for the last 5 years, but have always held back, the fear of the debt that I am in, makes me stick in a job, so that I can pay my bills. Now I have rented a premises and do not know what to do next. ie the best way to advertise, ideas of how to go about it, just basically the best way to go forward.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Brian, I’m a one-woman show doing consulting, group facilitation, and training in facilitation. Financially, ometimes the magic works and sometimes it doesn’t — and I know it’s all me. When I’m having negative thoughts about future things, I have a really hard time stopping myself. I usually manage to stay upbeat and happy (very helpful, I know) and apprciative. However, the little bitty negative thoughts still seem to creep in every hour or so. For example, recently when some big contracts got postponed in terms of when they would start and I could bill, I kept thinking “my mortgage payment draft won’t clear the bank” — amazingly it did because the bank considers me a good customer and paid it anyway. But it was way too close for comfort and having pets to feed with a negative bank balance and full credit cards is dicey! Good news — The same day, the contract got signed and I can invoice for past work on Monday. And I’m holding the thought that they will pay before anything else needs to draft. Frankly, I’m now rather tired of living so close to the edge. I’ve improved my health (which was horrible last year, so it was a lean year and I used up my financial flex — credit cards and loan options). So yes, help!! I found you through SOGR, but I also listen to Abraham-Hicks CD’s regularly. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I do a small network marketing business on the side, however, with the “wealth of experience and knowledge” I have in my profession, I have often thought about consulting but have know idea where to even begin. And many times, I have a hard time with a “wealth mindset” to accomplish things outside of my job.

Brian, I used to get a multitude of emails from you about a year ago. I believe it was about mind training programs that you were promoting at one time and then of course you branched off in many directions. You have used your intuitions regarding wealth and I think that’s great. I have several prospects to pursue…but I haven’t really pursued in any one particular interests to any great length. I love photography and have taken many great photos…I love to read an used to write a lot…I’m great at organization and use as many feng shui ideas as I can…I have 30 plus graduate credits towards teaching and graduated magnum cum law with my undergraduate degree… I taught in the elementary school system at the elementary level trying to help children overcome learning difficulties using right-brain approach ideas. I
had to retire from the job I loved because I think our school systems do an inadequate job in order to bring out fun loving,inquisitive learning experiences. In my opinion there is too much of a factory mentality and far too many tests that are absolutely boring to any child.
So you see, I am a challenging individual,searching for that rainbow and too many roads to navigate.

I rather foolishly jumped head first into real estate investing, specifically short sales, AND trading the Forex market at the same time. Both areas fascinate me but at this point I am 100% paralyzed. I have piles of manuals, CDs, DVDs, forms, charts,and graphs gathering dust. Hello, Thanks for all the interesting posts. I am especially interested in learning more about online marketing. (My wife is launching an eBook about make-up soon, which we want to recruit affiliates for, and I myself also want to promote the SGR programme as well as Holosync).
The problem I always found with Real Estate Investment information that I see in blogs is the fact that Real Estate Markets and strategies are very dependent on property laws and banks, which vary from country to country.
Either way whatever you chose to write about, I am sure that it will be very interesting.
