No arms? No legs? No Worries! 44

Sometimes we feel like life is unfair.

From all the little things like the insane traffic to perhaps spilling coffee on your favorite shirt… to other things like working long hours and worrying about the unhealthy economy.

With so many things that get us worried or upset, it’s no wonder that it’s so easy to feel like you’re always getting the short end of the stick. Like everything is out of control.

Well, this video of Nick Vujicic is a reminder that external factor are exactly just that! EXTERNAL.

The power to get what we want, be it personal or professional or financial, lies INSIDE us. It should never matter what the external situation or the external economy is like.

Are you facing some external roadblocks that seem to be getting in the way of your goals? How did Nick inspire you then?

Talk more soon,

Brian

Hi Nick, I just wanted to say, you freakin’ rock so much. I think we all get caught up in life at times and feel that it’s treating us unfairly or sometimes we can feel that nothing is going right for us — I loved your video and think you are such an inspiration and you are an amazing guy — wow — am going to get out there now and stop sweating the small stuff and live my life to the fullest — thank you. Luv & Big Hugs. Catherine xx

Is Life Unfair? NO!!

Life isn’t unfair? Life is what each and everyone of us live. The sun shines on all of us and the rain falls on us too. The manner in which we react to whatever happens to us, is the life we create for ourselves.

Blessings
Elaine

Jacky says 1 year, 1 month ago

I could’nt access the video, but ‚yeah.… I generally think that life is unfair, but I must say I also realise that it’s what you put into it and the frame of mind you are in, that will determine what you get out of it. Let’s face it, life will almost always hand you lemons and it’s your choice what you make out of it.

That’s unbelievable” and Nick is so better than people with limbs he functions better, he has a better attitude to life and sees things differently to us because of his condition. We on the other hand with all our limbs can feel sorry for ourselves sometimes, me more than most since I got health problems. You watch something like this and it can change your way of thinking and give us strength to carry on for a while. Some of us will feel that “I don’t have a right to complain”, but I will forget Nick and be back with my own self pitty because thats what my life is at the moment.I just want to get well

patsy says 1 year, 1 month ago

well, you always have choices; you can be a radiator, or a drainer. You can radiate great energy like Brian; improve your health, lengthen your life-span, enjoy your opportunities and see them as life-building and grow — and people, money, good health will be attracted to you. On the other hand you can drain energy; from people, situations, money, opportunities and ultimately yourself.
Life is one big choice! Choose wisely :)

The only reason for anything and or everything, is having the concept.

It is impossible to have a thought, a judgment, an opinion without having the concept aka language to do so.

And as languages have alternative concepts, there are also alternative realities.

It is the reflections of one’s own thoughts which create the realty.

After all everything being energy, everything also has the qualities of energy. Being holographical is such quality.
The English language fails to integrate this quality, for one, in the concepts.

To become enlightened an finding oneself is losing oneself in everything. This is the only way.

There was nothing wrong with that man. He is blessed and spreads his blessing onto others. His lack of limbs makes him stronger then most in mind and christ , bless you.

Raifa says 1 year, 1 month ago

hello everyone! when i was asked that question wether life is fair or unfair i wasn’t really sure. if we think about some situations in our life we might immediately say” Yes life IS unfair” but if we look at others we will say ” Life is FAIR” I think we must see things positively and always see the bright side of even the most negative, upsetting frustrating events in our life. Ultimately, life is short so it can’t be unfair!

Juanita says 1 year, 1 month ago

That was incredidble! Here I am worried about what a friend was thiking about me when I found this site. I like how he says, “No worries man“
“My Life without Limbs to a Life without Limits”. I love his energy.
The next time I start to wonder what is going to happen next will thnk of Nick, move forward, be positive, do, be, think, have anything. Thank-you Nick.

I’ll always be thankful that I have my limbs, yet, I had limits.
No, more.

Is God being fair enough?

Many times, people will be complaining the God is not being fair to them?
I have been thinking about this for a long time. I truly believed God is not being fair enough to everyone. However, I know people can create anything they want.… if they truly want.
I just read an e-book 5 min ago. It has totally waken me up and enlightened me that God is being fair to everyone.

This has enlightened me .…

You wake up in the morning, and lo! Your purse is magically filled with twenty four hours of the magic tissue of the universe of your life. No one can take it from you. No one receives either more or less than you receive. Waste your infinitely precious commodities as much as you will, and the supply will never be withheld from you. Moreover, you cannot draw on the future. Impossible to get into debt. You can only waste the passing moment. You cannot waste tomorrow. It is kept for you.” — Arnold Bennett

Some of us in life are so honored to Have the Nick’s as our children. I am 1 who is so honored. My daughter is 23 also & is a quadrapalegic. These are some of the most amazing people & we, as parents are able to be reminded daily of how amazing life is. I would love to meet his parents for I know they are also amazing people to have raised such an extraordinary son. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Helping all to realize, life is just what you make it & the victims are those who choose to be. Life is not unfair…it is life & mostly we are our own stumbling blocks. I love his stories of how children respond as they have not been conditioned yet & they respond with such honesty!!! AWESOME VIDEO & GUY

Whoever told you life was fair? Thank god it’s not! For if it were, you might not have what you have!

Life is not fair or unfair. Life is life, and your life is yours to make of it as you wish.

Vince says 1 year, 1 month ago

Life is not fair, neither is life unfair. Life is life. Good things happen to good and bad people and bad things happen to bad and good people. Matthew 5 V 45. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

Fred Freitag says 1 year, 1 month ago

For the ego it seems that life is sometimes unfair and it wants to blame, compare and justify. The ego or conscious mind deals with numbers, vanity and negative emotions and is driven by fear but this same mind is also our “tour guide” for our life in the physical world and monitors our five senses.
When we change our point of view and dwell in the Spirit, things are as they are. We surrender to Love, Harmony, Gratitude and Faith and find new purpose to love our neighbor as ourselves. While our vibration raises we’ll see the purpose of things and conditions and see a new truth that raises our hopes and love towards all mankind: When Nick can be cheerful and happily joking, we find the Love that connects us all. God Bless You, Nick for showing us True Spiritual Values. You soar like an eagle.

Enoch says 1 year, 1 month ago

Life is never fair! You can say that, do nothing, believe it all your life to your death bed and nothing will change one bit. Or you could say it’s not fair but I am not going to take it lying down and if it’s up to me, I will do whatever it takes to tip the balance and make it fair to me, from my persepctive at least.

Shannon Looper says 1 year, 1 month ago

Fair or unfair is a judgment and a story in our minds. Life just is. Our Egos sometimes want to play a game called victim, then we start thinking about fair/unfair. We can be ok with ‘what is so’, and keep on creating from joy. :)

Kathlene says 1 year, 1 month ago

wow, how inspiring this great big guy is. We should all have our tongues cut out for complaining about the minor inconveniences we suffer from time to time.

I complained about having no shoes until I saw a man with no feet. I complained I had no gloves until I saw a man with now arms.

Many of us give up when we have 2 arms and 2 legs–we must have great people like this to remind us hour lucky we are… and how much courage we must have to move forward and help all of humanity grow stronger and wiser so we can save our beautiful home–Planet Earth. — Dr. Paul Haider

saumya says 1 year, 1 month ago

sometimes it is and sometimes its not. for some people its just a life of miseries and sufferings and for some its a bed of roses it just depends on ur upbringing and circumstances one has to face in life.

Lucy says 1 year, 1 month ago

What an awesome man. His attitude on life puts me to shame. I’ve always hated my legs, for being so gross, but I’m going to start using them to propel me to where I want to go in life. No more excuses.

Thanks so much for sharing this Brian. A great reminder to really acknowledge and express gratitude for the blessings we do have each day. I have enjoyed NIck and his story from the first time I saw him. And share his story whenever possible with everyone I know or come into contact with. Truly a remarkable example of what I teach my clients — that it is NOT what happens to you in life that is important or significant, but how you relate to what happens to you. And each of us has our own unique journey and set of circumstances to learn and grow from as we travel this road called LIFE!

Life is what you choose to make of it, although I’m unemployed and having a tough time making ends meet, I’m thankful everyday for my family, our health and that we have a home to live in, food to eat and a safe place to sleep. I have seen many, many people who don’t have that and they continue to forge ahead, and that’s whay I’m doing :-)

No life is not unfair, it is what it is meant to be, a learning and growing experience. For most it is a defying experience and complete disregard of the Universal Law of Cause and Effect.
